If you’ve been following the spring 2010 shoe trends, you are well aware that clogs top the list of this season’s must-have looks. As a lover of girly, feminine high heels and shoes, I can’t say that this trend immediately made me jump with joy. But Cape Clogs was kind enough to send me three pairs of clogs to try out, and I have to say that overall, I am pretty impressed. Each pair of Cape Clogs is handmade, giving each one its own individuality and uniqueness, and ensuring the highest quality. I noted that the clogs are both light and comfortable, and I love the candy apple red patent, and fun zebra print! I appreciate the adjustable heel strap on my red clogs for keeping the shoes in place when I’m walking around town.
If you still need some convincing to give clogs a chance this season, just take these few things into consideration: clogs improve posture, provide lower-back support, and the wood soles do not compress under weight like a regular shoe. I’m starting to warm up to the clogs trend, and I’m even considering investing in these high heeled Jeffrey Campbell Karl Beige Fabricclogs (pictured below), which speak to my girly side!
What say you? Will you be trying the clogs trend? And what do you think of my Cape Clogs?
