2012 Fall Winter, Bearpaw, Boots

Bearpaw Vesna Boots by Karina Smirnoff Review

It’s time for another fall winter boot review, this time from one of my favorite boot companies, Bearpaw! The Bearpaw Vesna is a play on the classic leg warmer. Wear it up or wear it down – the charming pull strings give you the perfect “scrunch” look.  I wore my Vesna boots yesterday with black fleece leggings and a maroon sweater dress.  You wouldn’t believe how many compliments I got throughout the day!

The Vesna boot is the result of a collaboration between Dancing with the Stars celebrity Karina Smirnoff and Bearpaw, and features a “KS” metal logo on the heel.  A metallic ribbon accent runs up the boot shaft.  You can adjust the boot height with pull strings featuring suede toggles.  The sheepskin footbed is as cozy as a house slipper and the knit upper keeps your foot warm and cozy.

In short, I love these boots and I’ll be going to them any day I want to cozy up when it’s cold.  The only con I can come up with for these boots is that they only come in the color “linen” which, while tres chic, tends to get dirty quickly.  I’ll have to leave them at home on snowy or rainy days.

Bearpaw has lots of cute boot styles for everyone!  Visit www.bearpaw.com to shop the entire collection.
